DIY: Homemade Lemonade

Hey folks..
If life gives you a lemon...
... make some lemonade.
Last week I found a nice and easy recipe to make some really nice lemonade. I love that sour and sweet taste. It is so easy. First you have to make syrup.
Lemon syrup:
- 500ml Hot Water
- 500g Sugar
- 3-5 satchels of citric acid (in germany you can get this in every supermarket.
- Lemon juice from one and a half lemons
You will also need:
a bottle
a fruit jar (for the syrup)

1. You have to mix the hot water with the sugar and the citric acid. Leave it till it's cold.
2. Add the lemon juice to the sugar/water mixture and mix it well.
3. Put it in the fruit jar (or something else) leave it for a day in the fridge.
4. Now you can add the syrup into a bottle and fill it with water. (you have to taste how much syrup you'll need)

Ein Dank geht an die liebe Jules von Herz und Blut für die Inspiration. Sie hat so einen schönen Blog ihr solltet ihn euch mal anschauen.

My Teatime

hey folks..
today I want to share my favorite teas with you, I really like to enjoy a nice cup of tea. I like almost ever kind of tea.

Here are six of my all time favorite tea flavours. The first one is an apple tea from westcliff, germans you can get it from the discount shop aldi. Its a pretty nice and sweet fruit tea. The second one is a hibiskus flower tea, this tea is my all time favorite it taste pretty sweet but also a bit harsh. I always drink a cup of earl grey in the morning, i like the smell. I use to put a lot of sugar in it because its way to bitter for my taste. You can get it from several brands. The turkish apple tea is not as sweet as the first apple tea. I do not drink this tea often, but sometimes I just want a nice pot of this tea. Oh the fifth one is a strawberry and raspberry fruit tea its called sweet kiss from teekanne. This tea is soooo sweet I like to drink this tea instead of a cup of hot chocolate. The last one is something special, its a lemon and pepper tea it comes in pyramid tea bags. It looks really pretty and tastes really special. The lemon gives it a fresh taste and the pepper makes it kind of spicy.

I drink my tea:
- everytime with two or three spoons of sugar
- not hot but warm
-sometimes with milk (just the earl grey)

Easy Turkish Borek filled with Spinach and Goats Cheese

Hi Folks...

I am so sorry no Week in Food and no Analog Love because I was too busy. Really really sorry. But today I have a little recipe for you. I show you how to make some Turkish Börek. Its so simple and easy.

First you need:
-Yufka Pastry Leaves (you can get these in turkish shops or in the supermarket)
-Goats Cheese
-Butter
-Olive Oil
-an Egg, Spinach ( I used frozen Spinach Leaves)
-and Parmesan Cheese (optinal).

1. Pre-Heat you oven up to 180 ° Celsius. Then mix the goats cheese with the egg.

2. Mix the Cheese and Egg with the Spinach and the Parmesan Cheese. You can put some Salt and Pepper to the mixture.

3. Now cut the Pasty Leaves in to squares. Melt the Butter and spread some on the squares, put another square layer on the first and also put some melted butter on it.

4. Put some of the mixture into the middle of the square. Then fold it to a triangle. Finally spread some olive oil on the top.
5. At least put them for 20 minutes in the oven. And tadaaa finish!!

I hope you enjoy it. Here is a link to the german recipe.
